Indian nationals and NRIs
A change of nationality, not a hedge, with OCI as your bridge back.
The key question
India does not allow dual citizenship. If you acquire Argentine citizenship, you cease to be an Indian citizen. Most former Indian citizens can apply for Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), which gives lifelong visa-free entry to India and many economic rights, but not voting rights.
Moving the funds
If you are resident in India, the Liberalised Remittance Scheme limits outward remittances to USD 250,000 per person per financial year. A USD 350,000 contribution therefore needs planning: funds already abroad, NRI status, or several family members' remittances. Take Indian tax and FEMA advice.
Who Argentina suits
NRIs settled abroad who already plan to give up Indian citizenship and want a strong passport for Europe.
